She holds a Master's degree in Visual Arts from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2024), and is a visual artist, researcher, and graphic designer based in Belo Horizonte. As a multidisciplinary artist, she has worked independently since 2018. Her work focuses on the experience of Black women, reinterpreting narratives through self-portraits. Her works explore both traditional and digital media, combining elements such as shadow, hair, and photography. The silhouettes, almost always "masked," seek to represent personal experiences common to Black bodies. In her images, real and invented narratives are composed through the appropriation of personal and public archives and other stories.
In addition to her own solo work, she is also part of the following collectives: Negráfrica and Selo Copo Sujo , spaces that promote the expression and visibility of Black artists through graphic works and cultural production.
